What are pre-order items?
Items that are pre-ordered are not available for immediate delivery.
These products have a scheduled release date from our suppliers. Once they receive them and ship them to our facilities, we ship the products to our customers.
We emphasize that the launch date is merely an estimate and, therefore, the brands may make changes. Popdie is not responsible for these changes, as it is not involved in the situation.
Delays may occur without prior notice, new dates will be posted in the item description as soon as we have any information.
How can I pre-book?
We offer two pre-order options: zero-cost and full payment. With zero-cost, you pay nothing at the time of booking, only when the item arrives at our warehouse. With full payment, you pay everything during the pre-order process, and as soon as the item arrives, it's shipped directly.
For free pre-bookings, you will need to send us a message via our website chat or social media.
I chose the option to pay only upon arrival, how will I be notified?
Once the item arrives, we'll send you an email with all the details: the amount to be paid, shipping costs, and payment instructions. It's important to ensure your email address is correct when you pre-order and that our emails aren't going to spam!
Sending pre-orders:
For orders that have products in stock and pre-order products or only pre-order products, we can send all items or separate items upon agreed shipping. These will only be sent when all products are in our warehouse.
Pre-order shipping fees:
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are automatically calculated on the checkout page.
Shipping costs will never exceed €4.40 per shipment. (Mainland Portugal and Spain)
For orders over €60, shipping is free per shipment. (Mainland Portugal and Spain)
Cancellation of pre-bookings:
Customers may cancel their pre-orders, provided they have not yet been processed by Popdie and confirmed as shipped. Cancellations can be made via email to info@popdie.pt. Customers must include their order number and name so we can process the cancellation.
However, to reduce the damage caused to our online store, if a customer cancels too many pre-orders, we will not allow them to make any more.
Pre-booking availability:
The number of pre-orders we can accept is limited to the number available from our suppliers. In exceptional cases, there may be a discrepancy between the quantities advertised for sale on the website and the quantities available from our suppliers. If this discrepancy occurs, the customer will be promptly notified, and we will refund the amount paid for the missing product(s).
