Pre-Reservations
What are pre-order items?
Items that are on pre-order are not available for immediate delivery.
These products have an estimated release date from our suppliers. Once they receive and ship them to our facilities, we will dispatch the products to customers.
We reiterate that the release date is merely an estimate, and therefore, dates may be subject to change by the brands. Popdie is not responsible for these changes, as it is outside our control.
Delays may occur without prior notice; new dates will be posted in the item description as soon as we have any information.
How can I pre-order?
We have two pre-order options: zero cost and full payment. With zero cost, you pay nothing at the time of reservation, only when the item arrives at our warehouse. With full payment, you pay everything during the pre-order, and as soon as the item arrives, it is shipped directly.
For zero-cost pre-orders, you will need to send us a message via our website chat or our social media channels.
I chose the option to pay only upon arrival; how will I be notified?
As soon as the item arrives, we will send an email with all the details: amount to pay, shipping costs, and payment instructions. It is important to ensure that the email provided during pre-order is correct and that our emails are not going to your spam folder!
Shipping pre-orders:
For orders that include in-stock products and pre-order products, or only pre-order products, we can ship all items together or separately, subject to agreed shipping costs. These will only be shipped once all products are in our warehouse.
Pre-order shipping costs:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated automatically on the checkout page.
Shipping costs will never exceed €4.90 per shipment (Continental Portugal and Spain).
For orders over €75, shipping is free per shipment (Continental Portugal and Spain).
Pre-order Cancellation:
If the customer requests cancellation of the reservation within 15 days of purchase, the refund will be processed via the same payment method. (Right of Free Resolution)
If the customer cancels the reservation before the item is shipped and after the deadline for the Right of Free Resolution has passed, the amount will be refunded as store credit or for item exchange, as a deposit has already been used to secure the reservation with the supplier.
If the customer requests a zero-cost reservation via email and then cancels, they will be prohibited from making reservations for 6 months.
Pre-order Availability:
The number of pre-orders we can accept is limited to the number available from our suppliers. Exceptionally, there may be a discrepancy between the quantities advertised for sale on the website and the quantities available from our suppliers. If such a discrepancy occurs, the customer will be promptly notified, and we will refund the amounts paid for the missing product(s).
