What are pre-order items?
Items that are pre-ordered are not available for immediate delivery.
These products have an expected release date from our suppliers. Once they receive them and ship them to our facilities, we ship the products to our customers.
We would like to emphasize that the launch date is merely a forecast and that, therefore, the brands may make changes to the date. Popdie is not responsible for these changes, as it is not involved in the situation.
How can I pre-book?
We have two options for pre-ordering: zero cost and full payment. With zero cost, you pay nothing at the time of ordering, only when the item arrives at our warehouse. With full payment, you pay everything during the pre-ordering and as soon as the item arrives, it is sent directly.
For free pre-bookings, you will need to send us a message via our website chat or via our social media channels.
I chose the option to pay only when it arrives, how am I notified?
As soon as the item arrives, we will send you an email with all the details: amount to be paid, shipping costs and payment instructions. It is important to ensure that the email address is correct when pre-ordering and that our emails are not going to spam!
Sending pre-orders:
For orders that have products in stock and pre-ordered products or only pre-ordered products, we can send all items or separate items subject to agreed shipping costs. These will only be sent when all products are in our warehouse.
Shipping costs for pre-orders:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are automatically calculated on the checkout page.
Shipping costs will never exceed €4.90 per shipment. (Continental Portugal and Spain)
For orders over €59, shipping is free for each shipment. (Mainland Portugal and Spain)
Cancellation of pre-bookings:
The customer may cancel their pre-orders, as long as they have not yet been processed by Popdie and considered sent by the system. Cancellation of the order may be formalized by sending an email to the address info@popdie.pt. The customer must mention the order number and name so that we can proceed with the cancellation.
However, to reduce the damage caused to our online store, if a customer cancels too many pre-orders, we will not allow them to make any more.
Pre-booking availability:
The number of pre-orders we can accept is limited to the number available from our suppliers. Exceptionally, there may be a discrepancy between the quantities advertised for sale on the website and the quantities available from our suppliers. If there is any such discrepancy, the customer will be promptly notified and we will refund the amounts paid for the missing product(s).
