Payment Methods

Multibanco Reference:

Payment by Multibanco reference must be made by the customer at an ATM or through their Homebanking.

When you choose the payment option by Multibanco reference, you will receive an email with the details you need to make the payment. If, after a few minutes, you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

MB Way:

To make a payment using MB Way, confirm the transaction through the MB Way app, where you will receive a request with the total amount of your order.

Please note that the deadline to make a payment via MB Way is 5 minutes. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be considered abandoned and cancelled.

Credit card:

Payment by credit card is accepted via Visa and Mastercard.


Notice:

For payment methods via MBWay and Multibanco Reference, the name that will appear on the bank statement will be Ifthenpay, the company responsible for payment management.
