Payment Methods

Multibanco Reference:

Payment by Multibanco reference must be made by the customer at an ATM or through their Homebanking.

When you choose the bank slip option, you'll receive an email with the details you need to make the payment. If you don't see the email in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam folder.

MB Way:

To pay using MB Way, confirm the transaction through the MB Way app, where you will receive a request with the total amount of your order.

Please note that the payment deadline for MB Way is 5 minutes. If payment is not made within this timeframe, the order will be considered abandoned and canceled.

Credit card:

Credit card payment is accepted through Visa and Mastercard.


Notice:

For payment methods using MBWay and Multibanco Reference, the name that will appear on the bank statement will be Ifthenpay, the company responsible for payment management.
