Payment Methods

Multibanco Reference:

Payment by Multibanco reference must be made by the customer at a Multibanco ATM or through their home banking service.

When you choose the Multibanco reference payment option, you will receive an email with the necessary details to complete the payment. If you do not find the email in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

MB Way:

To make a payment via MB Way, confirm the transaction through the MB Way app, where you will receive a request for the total amount of your order.

Please note that the deadline for making an MB Way payment is 5 minutes. If the payment is not made within this period, we will consider the order abandoned and it will be cancelled.

Credit card:

Credit card payment is accepted via Visa and Mastercard.


Note:

For MB Way and Multibanco Reference payment methods, the name that will appear on your bank statement will be Ifthenpay, the company responsible for payment management.
